      Great leadership and effort on the sales team. They are all extremely talented and easy to work with

      Cons

      Turnover in the Account Management side of the business tanks renewals and forces sales team to carry a large burden

      Pros

      Loads of trust and autonomy and excellent coworkers. We're really set up for success and receive a lot of support from eachother.

      Cons

      There's a lot to be done and we move super fast. The workload can be overwhelming at times, but again, we receive a lot of support too and we always help each other out.
