      Pros

      Because of my job, i get to meet my colleagues and make friends with them overseas. And i like how, all of us are working together to make things work. it is very challenging but we are hopeful for things to succeed. the ceo imparts knowledge to us that and shares experience which never fails to amaze me.

      Cons

      we are really shorthanded, else, everything is great.

      Flexibility. Small Office Size. Should are willing to learn there is alot to learn.

      Office is located at far west. If you are staying very far it will be an issue.

      - Colleagues are very friendly and helpful - They have a conducive environment for working - Able to work closely with senior management, providing me with firsthand experience of various functional areas of a business. - Provides me with more exposure - Work schedule flexibility

      Cons

      - Fewer employee benefits, however, this is understandable for smaller companies
