      If you like ownership, you’ll get it here, quickly. There’s a lot of opportunity to step up, build processes from scratch, and actually see the impact of your work across operations in both Canada and the U.S. The exposure is strong, you’re not siloed. You’ll work closely with leadership, operations, and cross-functional teams, which is great for anyone who wants to grow into a more strategic role (especially in People Ops / HRBP space). It’s also a place where you can learn fast. If you’re proactive and solutions-focused, you’ll thrive. There’s no shortage of interesting problems to solve. The TEAM you work with will be your biggest PRO

      Cons

      It can get chaotic. Processes are still evolving, and sometimes you’re building while running Workload can be heavy at times, especially during high-growth or operational pushes, boundaries need to be self-managed.

      Pros

      Decent starting pay for the position. Work environment was generally okay and manageable. Good benefits package offered to employees. Some opportunities for upward movement within the company.

      Cons

      No real work-life balance; long hours with limited flexibility. Job is extremely physically demanding (100% manual labor). Frequent petty drama among staff that can make the environment stressful. Regularly had to deal with rude or harassing behavior from delivery drivers.
