      Supportive people, chill culture, and great rewards — but be ready to work hard

      Pros

      Gentrack / Veovo is genuinely a great company to work for. The colleagues are extremely supportive, and the overall office environment is very chill and positive. The PX team especially stands out — you’ll always see them smiling and greeting everyone, which really lifts the energy of the workplace. I’ve been part of the Veovo team, and the experience there has also been great. The company offers a very good compensation and reward package, along with plenty of employee engagement activities, outings, and events. All of this helps create a balanced and enjoyable work life, and you really do feel valued as an employee.

      Cons

      While the culture and perks are excellent, the workload can be heavy. This is not an environment where you can expect to work for just a couple of hours and relax for the rest of the day. There is serious, meaningful work involved, and expectations are high.
