Medium sized company that is very collaborative on most items. There is room for improvement, but you can tell they have come a long way. The office is located in a great area of Charlotte where you do not have to pay for parking, but there is still great food within walking distance.

GRG is an Great company, It is not very large in size and not an top down corporate culture. It works in a bi-directional ways feedbacks and responses happens in both directions and changes happens fast. I am part of the IT department were each one posses unique talent and carries lot of passion on the way we do things. We are very productive and aggressive in terms or actual works. I worked in other large corporations such as IBM where not every one is part of major decisions or allowed to provide feedback. But in GRG IT we are flexible and helps the business to do their job effectively even though we may not get very positive feedback.
