      Pros

      The people are down to earth and super friendly. You work hard during work hours and after that you don't worry about having to be glued to emails or your phone. When the day is done, it is done! Oh, and you get the first Friday of every month off. As in, the company is closed! Truly a great perk.

      Cons

      Honestly, I can not think of any. I don't usually write Glass Door reviews for places I've worked, but I'm making an exception here.

      I can't speak highly enough about this organization. I joined GSTV 4 months ago - the team is full of kind, smart and creative people. They invest in their people to ensure happiness, success and growth, both personally and professionally. There is a phenomenal culture, and even as a new hire, I always felt that my voice was heard and my opinion was respected. GSTV has an incredibly strong leadership team that is committed to driving the business forward, and the overall opportunity for this company to see continued success and growth is unmatched. I highly recommend GSTV to anyone looking for a new career opportunity.
