      Extensive background of the founder where you can learn a lot of what you did not know about the security world. Amazing experience working here.

      It is a lot of work to catch up with what is already there, and to then learn and grow further with the company.

      Working at Global Ops has been a truly rewarding experience. The leadership team is supportive, transparent, and genuinely invested in employee growth and well-being. From day one, I felt welcomed and part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team. I’ve had the opportunity to take on meaningful projects that challenge and inspire me. Feedback is constructive, and accomplishments are recognized regularly. It’s refreshing to work in an environment where your contributions truly matter.

      Cons

      The company is growing fast which means there are issues that arise for which there are not processes or procedures in place to address them. It creates some difficult moments but investments in people and technologies are going a long way to address.
