The organisation has been doing a great job in terms of implementing feedback and making the working conditions conducive . Best part is the ease of working from home, which simplifies your work life by avoiding office travelling and being in the comfort of your home. Supervisors are approachable and very friendly who guides you seamlessly towards the milestones. Freedom of expression via periodic feedback is another important aspect at FuturBridge which shows the willingness to enhance the employee experience in all the aspects of work. Team members have other venues to be engaged with, apart from meetings and deliverables. I am a part of one such group, they call it Community Interest Clubs, where me my family and colleagues participate in various activities, to keep our mental aspect up and running. Really love working and happy to be associated with FutureBridge.
