      Pros

      None, expect to have to ask for everything you're entitled to.

      Cons

      where to start, directors that bicker like children in meetings or sit picking their nose at the back of the room when they think no one is watching. No duty of care to staff, nonexistant HR.

      Had some lofty goals, shame they couldn't stay on track.

      Cons

      Bad management, non-existent staff support, little capacity for change / listening to reason. Non-existent carrot and stick type encouragement.
