I feel that I have a great work/life balance. The PTO policy is great and even if I couldn't have paid time off I feel this is the first job I've had where I don't have to fight or feel guilty to take time off. I have enjoyed working with a variety of people and I enjoy the work I do.

Cons

2017 was a rough year financially and seeing layoffs/restructuring. Prior to that I really had no complaints. I wish we did get to see each other more or at least interact with each other more (other than messaging apps).
