      • Full autonomy - got to decide mostly where, when, and how to do the job as long as the customers are happy (may only apply to senior positions) • Manager rarely asked questions but only periodical reports • Valuable learning experience to get in touch with high level networking technology • Friendly colleagues • Clear demarcation of duty

      • Management can be at times ineffective and inefficient at junior level tasks • Recent exodus of employees means many high level skills are lost and takes time to replenish • Resources like hardware and software can be tight and competitive among colleagues
