      Pros

      Every employee is great to work with and very supportive. The company also has quite flexible working hours and allows us to work from home for most of the week.

      Cons

      The company's size is relatively small, so it might not be ideal for someone that prefers to work in large companies

      The culture of the business is great and everyone works closely together. Tremendous perks - social and staff beneficial too.
