      Energizing work place, time flies by, great salary and benefits, amazing co-workers

      Cons

      Occasionally have to be the on-call person on weekends, but it rotates through all of the employees and is fair

      Family environment with awesome people, plenty of flexibility with scheduling, super involved CEO. Everyone is equally important.

      Working from home. Pay is great. The team is absolutely phenomenal! Everyone is looking out for each other and helps when they can. Fast growing company.

      On call often. Overnight calls. Messages throughout the day and weekend.
