Not very political like usual recruiting company, co-workers are friendly and collaborative, good incentive and benefits.

very strong in telecom recruitment Great at contract recruitment Several major long term customers Lack of bureaucracy Small enough that you don't feel like a small cog and not be too corporate, but big enough to have decent resources really working hard at putting in more processes

Cons

Weaker at perm, though improving Could have more activities outside work

Great people and atmosphere, and good platform for growth. It has been a great experience all through.

Everyone is a core member and pulling their weight so workload is leaning on the high side.
