First Federal Bank is a true community-centered bank, focused on giving back to not only local communities through monetary donations, but also encouraging volunteerism through team member participation. Team members take pride in giving back with true enthusiasm knowing they are impacting their community. First Federal Bank is a breath of fresh air compared to corporate banks, locally owned, operated and serving customers through genuine care.

Cons

None, the only con I've ever found is not switching from the corporate bank I was at to First Federal Bank two years prior when the opportunity first presented itself to switch.

Excellent job stability, consistent 8-to-5 schedules with most federal holidays off, and highly competitive benefits packages. First Federal is family, as well as community oriented. You're not just another employee, treat you like family.

Cons

Banking can be highly stressful, but First Federal has great training teams that equip us with the knowledge we need to maneuver through difficult situations.
