Fintech Global has a great company culture and I learned a lot over the course of my three months working there. Everyone is friendly in the office and willing to help out/answer questions. I was able to gain ample knowledge across all areas of Fintech.

There is no New York office location

Fintech global is small and dynamic team, which means that you get exposure to a range of job roles and opportunities. Being part of a small team means that your contributions are heard and play a key role in the direction of the business and the developments of its product offering. Because you work multiple job roles, the progression and skills learnt are incomparable.

Cons

Being part of a smaller team means that you can be working multiple job roles that may not be covered in your job description. This is not so much a con, as it gives you the opportunity to learn a range of valuable skills.
