Pros
There is some what of a team collaboration. There is plenty of overtime Stable job
Cons
We used to do a monthly BBQ. We stopped that and as soon as management changed the company went down hill. People started flying out the door and the morale is a lot poorer. You may be treated well if you have the right personality. You will be expected to do over time but don't expect to be rewarded for it

Pros
Fellow team members are quite good to work with, I’ve made numerous friends from the workplace.
Cons
Management doesn’t value your hard work, under pays you, forces prized and long term employees to take ‘garden leave’ just to hire no or incompetent staff therefore increasing your workload.
