Pros

They hire students from high schools, trade schools and universities. They are very flexible with the student schedule and will go above and beyond to accommodate. They emphasize school is the main priority and they stand behind it 100%. Not a high stress or high pace work environment. They have programs in place to facilitate promoting within.

Cons

Quiet work environment. Strict QC requirements
