One of the highlights of my role was having access to advanced technology tools that not only made my job more efficient but also provided valuable insights for owners and stakeholders. These tools played a key role in driving strategic decisions and ensuring we stayed ahead in an increasingly digital landscape. The leadership team encouraged creativity and strategic thinking, fostering an environment where fresh ideas were welcomed and supported. It was exciting to be part of a company that embraced digital transformation and was making significant strides in developing a clear, impactful vision for the future of the hotel.

Cons

Unfortunately, my journey came to an end when the ownership decided to transition to a different management company—a decision that was particularly difficult as it came at a time when we were gaining real momentum with our digital strategies.
