      A company on the move - Up.

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity at all levels. Management cares about their people. Incentives are tied to company performance. The company is moving to a fresh new building. Flex schedule for most.

      Cons

      The current building is old. not enough parking. The benefits are not very good. So many smokers. Can be stressful sometimes.

      Pros

      It’s a job if your not actively working. You get a lunch and 2 15 min breaks. The building is nice. And business casual attire.

      Cons

      If you in collections for the bonus don’t come here. Sell false hopes and dreams. And will fight your unemployment for any reason.
