- Teach to a high range of students. Not everyone love to (or good at) "teach" 2 and 3 years old toddlers. But someone accepting to work for i2 needs to understand that they will teach to that age too. That's the market.
- Too much "Sale" oriented. I have been working there for a long time, and it is always the same problem coming back again and again: signing a new customers will always take the priority, often on the quality of the other classes that you have to teach that day.
- Too many classes to teach when the teacher reach the maximum of Teaching Hours per week.
