I had an AMAZING manager who always supported me.

There are ALOT of company politics. Morale is ruined by the cliquey culture. People brag about getting people let go. There’s too many people hired & not enough responsibility for individuals. There’s an absurd rule about phone usage.

I enjoy some of my colleagues and speaking with candidates

Poor Leadership. We have had mutiple people leave due to leadership and we have given feedback. Unfortunately it falls on deaf ears.
