I've been at QA Infotech for more than 8 years and I couldn't be happier. I have challenging work, the freedom to implement new ideas, a fantastic working environment and a supportive network of colleagues. Culture of innovation, appreciation for strong performance, high value placed on quality management defines QA Infotech.

Cons

As the company grows, it takes longer to make decisions and get things done.

Thanks for your feedback. It is slightly challenging in this case, since you are based in the US. The company has a majority set of opportunities in India, whereas the ones in the US are core, limited and often very niche. However, we do ably support our US staff with other "out of project" opportunities to leverage their knowhow and make it a mutually successful relationship.
