Pros
Get to know new people Work from home option Pay is pretty good Industry is blowing up because of the pandemic Office is kind of cool (can be better. They have done some additions to look more 21st century but still need to do more.) Work experience here is like gold but you will work for it. (After 1-2 years it is highly advised to move on and find another job that has better pay and work/life balance) This is a place to make mistakes. You wont get fired for it (They need people bad right now)
Cons
People burn out quick because of the work load and also work life balance is a huge issue 2 years is the usual amount of time somebody will stay in the position until they quit (this is normal so if you work here get used to it) Revolving door so new people with no experience is usual here Systems and material used to do the job is always breaking down When they assign you projects they basicallly assign you projects that you have never been trained to do (They need people to basically do work that has been outstanding for awhile now. They dont care if you havent been trained for it) The training is horrible. Very bare boned. (They just started a training program last year. Its still being changed to better in the future) Since there are alot of new people that means things will be done slower since the new people have to be trained.
