Pros
I enjoyed working with everyone at Percepture. We all had a fairly happy attitude about things. Being a contractor, you get to work flexible hours as well.
Cons
No benefits and no guarantees of a workload. I'm currently scheduled to get 4 hours of work this month. Also, deliverables never get reviewed, yet I'm expected to perform updates and implementations. This leads to projects being in "recommendation limbo" as I'll call it - new recommendations get submitted, but never reviewed nor implemented. Also, no internal upward mobility as far as I can tell.
