Great team environment and the work is easy once you get the ropes.

The salary is fairly low for the amount of service you provide and tools you have to use to be an effective agent. Very limited growth opportunities for remote workers.

You will meet great people from all over the world.

Though the team is the only good thing in this company, the company wants to destroy it as well. Hardworking people have been fired for "business needs" while they ask the rest of the team to sacrifice their personal time to cover the shortage. If you raise your voice to show your concerns, you will also be fired. You will be overworked for minimum wage. They say there will be opportunities for everyone, but once they announce the internal career opportunities, they are all Athens based. If you are a remote worker and are willing to move to Athens, they will offer you a relocation bonus which can only cover the cost of the cardboard boxes you need for your belongings. If you live far away from the office and cannot relocate, you are stuck at what you are right now, unless you are a senior agent who worked hard to get promoted only to get dumped at the end of the contract since the company decided to eliminate their role. It seems the upper-management is just full of morons who cannot even apply their own products to their own business. The company sells lots of expensive business certifications which can potentially improve the company environment, but they are not bright enough to utilize them. If you are absolutely devastated and really need whatever the job to pay your bills, at least they will pay you on time. If not, please please run away from this company. It is not worth destroying your physical and mental health.
