Pros
Hybrid office model, great benefits, travel to customers across the nation, work with fun brand names, the people are great.
Cons
You're only paid on Annual Contract Value, but they push you to hit your ARR quota above all else. What they expect vs, how reps are compensated does not add up. Restructured the comp policy twice in 2026 which made it very difficult for AMs to hit quota and make money. Making a lot of changes that will eventually be great for the client but right now, a terrible place to work for account management.
