Happy I left when I did. When old CEO passed away, I knew there was a big change coming. The interim CEO shot down my idea IN FRONT OF EVERYONE about how to remember Mike (RIP). I suggested renaming the fitness center in his name, and interim CEO says, "we will find a better, more inclusive way to remember him" even though I always saw the late CEO in the gym that was on campus and many others liked my idea. If you don't conform to their ways, you will not grow. Definitely cult like for minimal pay. Don't get me started on Reunion. Making underpaid Executive Assistants and Admin Assistants stress over the worst event in history.
Also, caught the President of my brand weirdly close to his executive assistant after 5PM. He backed away from her desk when he realized I was still in office and came to talk to them. They would also always go out to lunch and work out together. Weirdly close relationship because no one else would go with them.
When Mike passed away, the whole company changed. Rest in Peace Mike. You are missed!
