Pros
The other people who are unfortunately left working here are sometimes pretty nice.
Cons
They have had 3 or 4 mass layoffs since the beginning of this year. Hundreds of individuals received zero notice and lost their jobs with no explanation. They were sued for violating the WARN Act, and managed to eke out a settlement agreement. They do not care if they end up in court over it again. If you need more proof, take a look at all the weird 5-star reviews that occur within short timeframes, using identical AI-generated language. Same words, same talking points, same losers generating fake profiles to try to keep their head above water. If you need even more proof, take a look at the Reddit boards where people complain about how difficult this company is to get ahold of for payment. Yep, tons of people hired waited weeks, sometimes months, to receive pay while being ghosted by all levels of contact. This is not a fluke, this is how they operate. So think for a minute: Do you want to work somewhere that fibs about their Glassdoor reviews so blatantly that you find IDENTICAL sentences in MULTIPLE reviews, that is notorious across other platforms for NOT PAYING PEOPLE, and has been sued for violating worker rights this year which they dragged out in court until the other party was forced to agree to a settlement? The court documents are all public.
