-Workload was nearly doubled while earning potential was slashed. -Commission pay and promised incentives were often not paid out fully. It was unacceptable that my peers and I had to argue just to receive what we had already earned. -The product lagged behind competitors. It often felt like employees were being squeezed to improve margins rather than improve the product. -Some very concerning and unprofessional behavior from C-suite executives...keep scrolling through other reviews and you’ll see what I mean.

People you work with, remote working, holiday break

Company does not follow their set standards, discrimination against certain employees, lack of workforce planning, constant layoffs only to hire more employees that will be laid off in 6-9 months' time, questionable behavior by men in power, huge workload, incompetent department "leaders" who are so uninvolved that that they don't know the basic functions of their department. Yes, you are given unlimited PTO, but often times you are the only member on your team trained in multiple tasks and you can never take time off. Be prepared to work very early mornings and very late nights!
