Micro Management, little to no guidance from 'leadership', people in 'leadership' positions do not show the capacity to hold such roles, very patch-like atmosphere, peer pressure to attend bars, poor culture, to my knowledge Oliver Davies is still employed there...so..not great

Tampa is a nice city

Junior level environment being fostered, business brings in next to no money, questionable leadership decisions, the classic talk without backing it up. Toxic environment with micro management and negative comments, peer pressure to be a heavy drinker, looked down on for not spending time with colleagues outside of work.
