      Pros

      Union jobs with great pay, yearly raises, pension, and benefits. You will make more than your supervisor.

      Cons

      Management jobs rarely see raises unless you move to a new job. You will be surpassed in pay by your union employees. If you ever get rated 4 or below, or placed on a PIP, it will stay on the record forever so start a job search if you have hopes of moving up.

      Pros

      Lumen truly cares about creating a cutting edge culture that is vulnerable, caring, and steady. I was so impressed by the CEO, Kate Johnson, and HR team. Managers were also very onboard with the culture transformation which was inspiring.

      Cons

      None - I left for a more competitive opportunity but miss working at Lumen!
