Pros
It is well paid (around 1700£ after taxes), bonus of 1.5x if you work after 6pm and saturdays. 2x paid on Sundays and Bank Holidays - There are a lot of growth within the company
Cons
A lot of pressure, not flexible with ROTA, not very well skilled when dealing with their employees, at least once or twice a month 7 working days in a roll, working hours are mainly from 12.30 to 21, then 10am to 6.30pm and from 8am to 4.30 pm. You will work on the 12.30 shift at least 7 days in a roll every month) and sometimes have only 1 day off after this long week. They do all the `checks` to say they care about you, but it is not really like that when you need. I would not recommend this job for someone who wants to have a life-work balanced. If you just want to have money, then, go for it.
