      In my time here, I genuinely felt comfortable and among . The company invests in the professional growth and development of its employees by sponsoring courses and allowing them to be taken during work hours. This benefit is not commonly offered by other companies. For those just starting out in tech, the CTO provides excellent mentorship. Elixir provides a competitive salary package that includes AWS and a 13th month, which should be taken into account when comparing base salaries with other companies.

      Pros

      1) Amazing Managers who will always understand you and support you- Adele and Shih Hor 2) Family environment 3) CEO is very kind and makes sure you are happy, will always listen to your ideas and encourage you 4) I believe I have made friends for life here, I am switching roles to advance my learning, however there would be no other circumstance where I would leave the Elixir family. 5) No toxicity or office politics

      Sometimes change in direction, so whoever joins should be flexible and ready to take on the challenge to go with the flow.

      Good working environment and good company for fresh graduate to learn technologies

      Cons

      Less chance to interact with other colleagues in person, but its good that we always have virtual interaction among each other
