Overtime: you get put in a situation where you will be asked to put on extra time (sometimes you get asked to do so directly or indirectly), and this is a repeated situation if the daily target is not met.

The team is highly cooperative, the management is supportive, and the overall work environment is fantastic.
Cons
Although overtime may be required, it is compensated appropriately. The majority of negative aspects Are related to the team leader rather than the company as a whole. Overall, it would be interestinf working with this company.
