      - CSR Event is organized on a regular basis (company birthday, volunteering day, team building activity, breakfast & fruit day) - Allowance ranging from wfh, work from abroad to mental support - Meritocracy based on personal KPIs - Global-based working culture & environment, able to meet colleagues across countries - High level of maturity on employee training and development

      - Learning curve is comparatively slow, understandable as ratings agency
