I have been working for ELCO for just under a year and the experience has been amazing. I spent a lot of time working in the retail world for over 10 years as well as worked as a contract employee before coming to ELCO. It has taken me time to get used to how well I am treated compared to past jobs. Elco has been very supportive both in my personal life and professional. There is a great work life balance and the culture is very supportive. Everyday I am challenged which I personally love and if I ever need help there is always someone ready and willing to help.
