No egos! I enjoy working with my team and other teams within the company. Everyone is constructive!

Cons

The Nashville office is a little small/over looked compared to their main office in Ann Arbor.

• Great benefits and bonuses • Friendly, helpful team • Obtain a large amount of experience for many different systems • Leadership protects employees and shows trust in them • Pays for certification exams/material and even allows on-the-clock study hours to obtain them

• Can be stressful at times, large work load depending on position

We have Healthcare... bonified real practical, no bull healthcare... I went into the hospital for 4 days and it cost me less then $500. This is because DE takes good care of us. My Rx plan? monthly meds cost me... wait for it.... $4/mo The comradery of co-workers is also awesome. I call most of my co-workers friends and have stayed in touch with most of them that have moved on.

Managed Service Providers are some of the most fast paced and difficult IT job on the market. The stress and speed can take a toll
