      60+ staff hired all laid off after Xmas

      Actual work was incredibly easy Remote equipment provised

      Cons

      60+ staff hired on permanent remote contract All made redundant after Xmas (3 months) Pay and redundancy errors Payroll department acknowledge but don’t apologise for errors Poor management attendance on 1-2-1s reviews all lies (continually promising full time employment On boarding process took 3 1.5 hour trips due to staff on site & head office errors Review discussing layoffs seem to disappear
