Great and highly professional people who leave their egos at the door, interesting business & technological challenges, a dynamic industry that always presents new surprises, a big focus on employee growth and career development, great work-life balance, and emphasis on employee wellness.

Cons

The company has grown much more corporate since its early startup days. Deep management hierarchies, inter-dependencies between departments, and strict compliance regulations mean that it's hard to get stuff done and really hard to push bottom-up initiatives.
