      Pros

      I enjoy the freedom I have with Direct Hit. The pay of course is not the best in the world. However, you were aware of the pay before you ever took the job. I don't care where you work you will always have weak links in employment. It takes some time to have the vans fixed when we have to take care of any safety issues but, they do the best they can to get them back up and running as quick as possible. I came from UPS and trust me having 25-70 stops is nothing compared to 200-300 stops.

      None that I can think of.

      Thank you very much for your review. It is great to see a balance of thoughts which you have gained through your experience at UPS. As general information, we do provide gift cards and appreciation certificates for those employees receiving compliments from our pick up and delivery customers.       Pros

      We get to represent DHL and deliver packages from all over the world. I enjoy the daily grind and seeing my customers happy.

      Cons

      Long hours although it is well worth it.
