Pros

I've been working at DD for over four years now. This company is full of good, kind, and hard-working people and it has a great culture that will be hard to find elsewhere. The executive team (of which I am not apart of) is serious about DD's growth and is always looking for ways to build a better, healthier company. DD's growth through the Covid-19 pandemic is a testament to its excellent leadership and hard-working team.

Cons

There's a lot of work to be done both on the DD-internal and client side of things. Each employee needs to be prepared to work hard and work well. Good time and task management skills are vital for success here.

Pros

DD is a great place to work if you want a flexible environment where people support you but at the same time expect you to grow. 1. A supportive, teamwork environment 2. You're encouraged to continue your education and learn 3. There are great benefits 4. No micromanagement — we have a very empowered work style 5. Wonderful people! P.S. I am definitely not in management, this is a real review.

Cons

1. I wouldn't recommend commuting, but the area is beautiful and a quick drive into DC without traffic. 2. Like any marketing agency, there's a lot of work to do and a fast-paced environment. To be constantly busy can either be a con or a pro. 4. There's also the issue of being a small company where people wear a lot of hats. 5. The final con would be that growing pains are inevitable, and there are times of change.

Pros

- Great company culture! - Supportive team - Lots of professional development opportunities - Free health/dental insurance - 4% 401k matching

Cons

- Lack of meeting space - Small team can sometimes result in large workloads - For those who have trouble with fast-paced environments and big change, you wont do well here.
