Pros
If you play the game, it's a steady income. 1 week of paid time off after a year (after the "trial" period, which is 3 months into working there. They will not tell you this.
Cons
Sometimes we would not be paid on time because the company forgot to do payroll Cannot take off a day if someone else is already off "Management" plays favorites Mandatory Holiday outings that are on your time, not the company's time Not much room to move up unless you kiss butt No real organization or policies that are put in place. No dress code/code of conduct etc. The people in charge will change how they want things done based on their mood. There are no set jobs. You do everything as a "Brand Ambassador". They rely and hire people based on looks No maternity/paternity leave They give their printing staff 2 weeks off for Chinese New Year, in which little to no product is made, but the staff in NV barely gets 2 days off for Christmas. A lot of miscommunication and misunderstandings in training. If you train a new employee, you're expected to do this and all of the work you normally do in a day ontop of it. DO NOT WORK HERE.
