      Architects That Build More Than Buildings.

      Pros

      DesignGroup is a collaborate organization that listens and invests in their employees. The firm is small enough to allow for a variety of tasks on projects and big enough to handle jobs that are complex. The company really cares for the staff and each individual this can be seen in numerous ways. There are awesome benefits and perks at this job that really help with work life balance.

      Cons

      Five word minimum here and can't think of anything to write. Overall company is a great place to work. Is there downsides. Sure but nothing that outweighs the good.

      Thank you for taking the time to create a review. While our organization is not perfect we do continuously strive for improvement. We believe that people are the key to the success of DesignGroup Architects and Planners. Our leadership recognize that continuous improvement is not just about the system, or the business but also with them. They are committed to doing the right thing for their employees and started last October going through a 18-month training program to become better manager, communicators, and leaders.
