      Awesome environment and great professionals. Besides, they offered a bonus each quarter up to 200% the employee salary (it was based on the products performance) and a "thank you" bonus (by the time it was around 2k USD) for candidates referrals.

      Cons

      It wasn't very clear how they calculated the bonuses.
