      Pros

      Team is one of the top positives of the company, great people, very supportive, great vibe, international. Company allowing full remote work and flexible hours is a plus for me. On business side, despite the current challenging economy and tech environment, CoverGo is developing a great product that insurance companies find impressive and are willing to adopt, therefore the outlook is positive as the company and client's list keeps growing worldwide.

      Cons

      Growing fast has its challenges and things sometimes can get messy. I wish there could be more skills or training opportunities/framework.
