      Pros

      I get to work with a great team on some cool clients. The team is super supportive and there’s regular training sessions so I get to learn something new every day. I joined CopyHouse as a junior copywriter and within a short space of time have graduated to a senior role. I really also love the fact that I don’t need to be in an office and the 4-day work week.

      Cons

      Working remotely can be tough sometimes but the company has made efforts to fix that by giving us access to Desana (a coworking app) and organising regular get togethers. It’s a small problem but I really appreciate that the team have found ways to correct it.

      I have had the pleasure of working with this company for the past 3 years, and I am consistently impressed by the dedication and professionalism of the staff. The CEO is an excellent leader who truly cares about the well-being and success of their employees. They are always available to listen to concerns and suggestions, and they go above and beyond to create a positive work environment. The staff are incredibly talented and always willing to lend a helping hand. It has been a pleasure to be a part of such a positive and supportive team. Overall, I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a fulfilling and rewarding career.

      The journey of any company can be a bumpy ride. Copy House has managed to grow through some difficult times and has still been able to challenge the status quo. This can lead to some areas of the business requiring a little more care when navigating the unknown and this can keep everyone on their toes.
