      Pros

      A lot of opportunities to grow professionally. Yearly Merit Increase. More systematic in terms of compensation and benefits, good that we have something like Workday because I didn't have that sort when I was with my previous employer (no visibility). I like Solvnow for Non-IT related concerns.

      Cons

      Trainings are mostly online. It's still best if Leaders will attend workshops and seminars/trainings that are held in a specific venue along with others. There are very few gatherings to recognize people in a monthly basis. More often, it is held per account hence not exposed to other colleagues from different LOBs.

      Pros

      I have been with Concentrix around 3.5 years now and enjoy every minute of it! -there are a lot of pros for working with Concentrix, I started as a Coordinator and now I am a Senior and have taken a lot of courses through the CNX Uni website! I have grown as a person since working with Concentrix and my Confidence is so much more than it used to be.
