Pros

CMG fosters a psychologically safe work environment where everyone’s voice is heard. Cross-functional teams are empowered and agile-minded, creating a strong sense of ownership and engagement. The recent shift to forming squads for focused prioritization was a clever and effective move—it has truly empowered teams to accelerate progress toward their goals. Squads enable both team members and leaders to collaborate more efficiently and deliver impactful results. The CEO’s playbooks, experience reports, and open dialogue during town halls have significantly enhanced transparency and brings a culture of inclusiveness. The renovation efforts are for a better tomorrow, and while there are minor discomforts along the way, I see the sunshine ahead.

Cons

Career advancement paths and role transitions could be improved with more development plans. Resource planning and prioritization sometimes face challenges due to shifting strategic priorities.

Pros

I absolutely love working here! There are so many learning curves, which means I'm constantly growing and picking up new skills. Even though I don't have a traditional background in this field, I've faced a lot of challenges, but the people here have been incredibly supportive. Everyone, from new hires to senior leadership, is proactively helpful and patient. It's genuinely surprising how willing everyone is to lend a hand and guide me through new concepts. This collaborative spirit makes tackling complex tasks much less daunting.

Cons

Honestly, I'm still trying to find some cons! So far, the biggest "problem" is that they actually ask you to take vacations, and that truly surprises me. I'm not used to a workplace actively encouraging me to step away and recharge. It's almost suspicious, like, what's the catch? But really, it's just a sign of how well they treat us. Let see when I catch the catch. Will update
