      What a Turn Around

      Pros

      New Leadership has listened to feedback, and has focused on Employee Development and Feedback. OEM Partnerships have continued to help grow the business year over year. Sales Compensation and the comp plan are really good. I have seen the past complaints and that is not the same company CDS is today. Sad to see that former leadership was not open to the feedback. That has changed in a big way.

      Cons

      The company is growing fast, and that keeps your head down. Agree with someone else's comment "you get what you put into it". No company big or small is ever going to be perfect. The only Con is the past reputation.

      Can be rocky at times, but overall a great place to work

      Pros

      The biggest pro are the teams. Technical, dispatch, sales, service delivery. They're all full of ambitious people who would gladly stop what they're doing to help. Excellent work culture and transparency between the teams.

      Cons

      The biggest con is company direction. CDS has rapidly grown from a small business to a medium sized one - and has plans to grow to a large organization. This has caused some growing pains as the infrastructure has struggled to keep up. The new executive team seems to have identified where these gaps are, and seem to be working to resolve them.

      Some of the older leadership does not fit the new philosophy
